Olga Pango is one of the most famous Macedonian ballerinas and choreographers. As of 2016, she has been the artistic director of the ballet at the Macedonian Opera and Ballet. She built her career in the world of dance as a ballet artist, head of the Ballet at the National Ballet, in parallel with that of a choreographer and ballet pedagogue, making a significant contribution to the development and affirmation of ballet art.
Her ballet schooling began in 1980 at the Ilia Nikolovski-Luj State Music and Ballet Education Center, where she completed her primary and secondary ballet education.
She continued to build her career as a ballet artist in the Ballet of the National Opera and Ballet. In parallel with this, she upgraded her education to graduate in 2004 from the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts (AMTII) in Plovdiv, Bulgaria, as well as to complete her master's degree in 2005 at the same academy, obtaining the title of ballet master, pedagogue, choreographer.

She builds her professional experience from the earliest years in her parent company, the National Opera and Ballet. She is a part of and participates in all aspects of the development of ballet as an art - as a ballet dancer, but also as a teacher, building future generations of successful ballet artists with whom she shares her knowledge and experience, and leading the Macedonian ballet ensemble with a precise vision for the development of this artistic profession.
